This includes overseeing the talent review process, succession planning, career development, performance management, and team building across the enterprise.
Before The Hanover, Ray spent nearly twenty years working for retail-based companies. Ray’s experience includes HR business partnership, employee training, management/leadership development, on-boarding, employee engagement surveys, and internal communications.
